The article on Cheaters.miami is how I became aware that your Art-Weeks associates and your office were defrauded by Eric Stoller and Misha Hyman ,I am Champion Mindset. A name that is not registered even as a DBA with the Florida Secretary of State’s corporate registry.
I represent a company called, Fix The World, Morocco, of which $15,000 was wire transferred to the Account of Eric Stoller to become an exhibitor in the recent New Life Expo in New York City, . See photos attached.
Both Eric Stoller and Misha Hyman were soliciting funds to place people as exhibitors in that show event. Eric and Misha included in the proposal a ‘broadcast quality produced presentation to be led by Hope and Tivon from Morocco for Fix the World to a large audience”.
Again a complete misrepresentation of what I Am Champion, Eric and Misha committed for the $15K infusion. Be it as the couple reside in Morocco they have little or no recourse getting remuneration why I am taking up their cause.
In addition, John Salerno who is a close associate of mine (in an advisory capacity) recently got a judgement against John Highland for $250,000.00 and was introduced to John Highland by Eric Stoller. I was not made aware of this transaction until after the fact.
If you wish to analyze how we might be able to join forces against this syndicate perpetuating deceptive business practices and bring them to Justice. I am also considering filing complaints in Miami, New York, Secretary of State in Tallahassee, District Attorney’s civil court to recover the funds that they have absconded with. Any information I can get from you would be helpful in pursuing this breach of contract. I look forward to speaking to you soon.
