We are a South Florida based consumer reporting service, by consumers, for consumers. We do not charge filing fees, charge commissions, or intend to commercialize this site. We do intend to provide a free forum that will expose companies and individuals that fail to conduct their business with integrity or do not live up to their commitments to pay for services or products rendered.
As the FTX, cryptocurrency exchange and hedge fund imploded in what Bloomberg called “one of history’s greatest-ever destructions of obscene wealth one cannot overestimate the greed and avarice that passes today for normal.
The debts incurred by small, earnest businesses may pale in comparison with the FTX fallout but as Einstein said, “Depending on your frame of reference everything is relative”.
Creditors of small businesses that render services (and products) and are left with unpaid bills suffer these losses in silence and with little or no recourse. Those perpetuating fraud, reneging on commitments or refusals to pay (often accompanied with a litany of excuses) will no longer be tolerated or written off without pushback.
Isn’t it high time you stand up and shed a light on the dodgy debtors who defaulted and move onto their next victim with impunity?

He reports since the first hucksters hacked their way into Florida’s mangroves, sunny South Florida has been virtually synonymous with shady deals, scams, and deadbeats”. Miami production service providers seem to be especially suspectable to fraudulent practices due in part to the transient nature of event promoters, producer’s and under financed entrepreneurs.
Miami Vice style violence has been subsumed by a new breed of scammers stealing millions by using laptops , empty promises and miss representation.
Small and micro business owners, production outlets, model & talent agencies, printers, graphic artists, copywriters, event planners, public relations firms, studios and purveyors of production equipment, tech and social media and creative services are especially vulnerable to grifters and the disreputable posing as legitimate clients.

All that earnest effort, time expended becomes a write off , trust is broken without recourse or remedy. Until now.
